Toni Tenaglia

Tutor - Short Courses

Toni is an Australian Entertainment “Mo” Award winner with over 30 years’ experience in the local and international media landscape. She is a pioneer for women in radio, being one of the first females to do a solo music shift, she was the youngest Metropolitan Music Director in Melbourne in the late 80’s. 

She has worked on air and in content roles (music director and content director) in Australia for Southern Cross Austereo, Nova Entertainment, and currently works with Australian Radio Network (ARN) as an announcer for Melbourne’s Gold104.3. 

Toni enjoyed a successful stint on European airwaves having worked with Communicorp and iRadioin Ireland, and Absolute Radio (Jack FM & Passion Radio) in the UK. She has launched radio stations in Australia (TTT-FM Hobart, Nova Adelaide) and overseas (iRadio Ireland), as well as re-branded Mix 101.1 to KIIS 101.1 Melbourne in 2015.

In 2020 Toni created the Life As We Know It podcast – now in its third season and featuring three women from three different generations, sharing insights and advice on life’s ups and downs. She has delivered communications training for AFTRS for Business since 2016.
