Tom Gleeson is a cinematographer initially trained at ABC TV. He has gone on to work internationally in feature films, commercials, and to documentary subjects as diverse as inside Maximum Security Jail to the pristine wilderness of the South Pole.
Awards include a Nomination for a Primetime Emmy in the USA and awards from the Australian Cinematographers Society including Gold for the opening title sequence for ABC TV’s Drama “Redfern Now”.
He has worked on many Feature films including the Oscar winning “Happy Feet” and Shane Abbess’s “Infini” and “The Osiris Child.” Most recently he was Second Unit DOP on the Australian and USA co produced feature “Better Watch Out.” Tom was also DOP on both of Screen Australia’s funded two Web Series “Airlock” and “Event Zero.” Tom has also photographed over 100 TVCs for major brands.
