A people-focused team leader with an eye for detail, Louise navigates the complexities and nuances of arts education to deliver and maintain the resourcing requirements for the school.
With over 20 years’ experience in teaching, administration and leadership, Louise draws on her planning skills and creativity to find innovative solutions and process improvements to ensure a positive student experience.
Her cultured spirit, passion for film and a desire to try something different first drew Louise to AFTRS in 2006 as a volunteer on student films. She continued working at AFTRS in various coordination and management roles where she has become very much a part of the fabric of the school.
