The third pop-up radio station for 2017 Graduate Diploma of Radio students at the Australian Film Television and Radio School is live from today!
As the year progresses, students in the AFTRS flagship course have taken on more challenging and complex broadcast formats.
AFTRS FM is their news, current affairs and talk broadcast and each and every student is rising to this challenge and producing exceptional content, both on air and for digital and social.
AFTRS Program Leader Radio Lisa Sweeney says this year’s students are already in high demand from industry.
“Many of this year’s students have already been making an impression via industry internships throughout Semester One and calls are coming from stations and networks wanting to secure talent from the 2017 cohort,” Lisa says.
Hear the broadcast and check out their amazing digital and social content.
You can also listen to AFTRS FM via the iHeart Radio app – from now until Friday 8 September, 6pm.
