AFTRS HIGHLIGHT
Feedback screenings with our dear teachers Bill Russo, Phillippa Harvey and Heidi Kenessey. They were so generous with their time and energy, and encouraging. After all those regular feedback screenings you get so used to criticism that you can really use it as a tool, without having an emotional reaction to it.
CAREER HIGHLIGHT
I had so much fun volunteering at the Sundance Directors Lab in 2015 and 2016. It had an AFTRS vibe, sequestering on a beautiful mountain in Utah for a summer month to experiment with filmmaking.
